We offer custom t-shirts and collaborative work with artists and creators. Just a few things to keep in mind:

• Custom orders are generally non-refundable unless faulty.

We currently ship within New Zealand only. We’re working on expanding internationally—stay tuned!

While we aim to process and ship your order quickly, delivery timeframes may vary depending on stock, production, and courier delays. We'll keep you informed if there are any significant delays.

🔄 Returns

We want you to love your Groovy Kiwi gear! If you change your mind, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery as long as:

• The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

• Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item is faulty.

• Custom or personalized items can’t be returned unless there’s a defect.
