✅ Change of Mind Returns (14 Days)
You can return most items for a change of mind within 14 days of receiving your order. No stress, no judgment—just email us and we’ll help you out.

We’ll get back to you with instructions and the return address.
💸 Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and it meets the return conditions, we’ll refund you within 14 days using the same payment method you used to make the purchase. There are no refund processing fees.
📦 Return Conditions
To be eligible for a change-of-mind return:
The item must have been purchased within the last 14 days.
It must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
🚫 Items That Can’t Be Returned
We do not accept returns on:
Custom or personalized items
Items opened or unsealed for hygiene reasons
Items that have been used or worn
Goods not in their original condition
We reserve the right to decline returns that don’t meet these conditions.
📬 Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
Groovy Kiwi is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during shipping.
🎁 Returning a Gift
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit once we receive the return. If it was shipped to the gift-giver, the refund will go to them.
📩 Return Address
We operate Groovy Kiwi from a private home studio, so we don’t list a public return address online.

⚖️ Your Rights Under New Zealand Law
This return policy applies to change-of-mind returns. If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
We honor all obligations under New Zealand consumer law.
